Everything is fine except whenever a whatsapp video call is made i can see n hear the other side but but they can't . however everything is ok video calling with telegram apps. appreciate assistance. tq in adv.
I would try forwarding the following ports for the device in question:
TCP: 4244, 5222, 5223, 5228, 5242
UDP: 3478, 45395

@Tony , hello there tony. thank you very, very much on th reply n assistance. tplink cam back to me via email n just to share with u the solution was by disabling the 'nat boost' option selected 'advance, system tools, system parameters nat, nat boost'. thanks again. ;D
