Elec is still supplied properly. No wifi light etc. Was working previously with KASA App, etc. No issues. Appears to be wired properly still. Nothing appears loose. Tried both resets. Factory, etc.
Sounds like the switch may have died. Please reach out to the support team to do the needed troubleshooting so they can begin the replacement process.
