Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Here is my setup:

AT&T 5268AC RG (essentially a router) - I've disabled the wireless radios but DHCP is still enabled and my NAS is static IP on 192.168.1.xxx subnet.

Main Deco is connected to Port 4 of the AT&T Router

Wireless Clients connect just fine on the Deco subnet of 192.168.68.xxx

I have the following plugged into the other ports on the AT&T Router

- MyQ for Garage

- DECA for DirecTV

- Synology NAS

Now, MyQ and DECA work just fine and don't seem to have an issue. The NAS can be accessed via it's IP from any of the Wireless clients even though it's on a different subnet - but I can't "find" the NAS using Window 10's Network Share tools - i.e. Browse Networks, or SMB, etc.

Any ideas why I can access via IP address but not through a network share?

Erik

@ErikGoBlue

Likely because the NAS is not on the WAN. What you can probably do is connect to the NAS using FTP or use a program that will use FTP to map a drive to your computer.
