Why doesn't this router come with WPA3 capability? I thought it was a WiFi 6 router?

The Archer AX50 is a Wi-Fi 6 router, having WPA3 is an optional feature that a device may have.

 

Currently, there are no plans for WPA3.

seems like it is missing a number of features.  local DNS was the big surprise to me, 1st router I have owned in over 20 years that can't do local DNS.  My iPhone tells me when I connect by wifi that the security is soft.  Thats how I noticed WPA3 is missing as well.
