Model: Archer AX6000  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254(5553)

Speed test result in router is 450Mbps ~ 500Mbps

 

Wifi speed is almost same speed but when I use only 100Mbps~120Mbps through lan port.

 So I did cleared QOS setting and disabled all home care features, and check connect ethernet speed 1000Mbps full duflex, but same

How can I fix my problem.

A couple of suggestions?

 

  • Try a different cable and make sure it is fully in (probably as the router would show a 1GB connection?).
  • Delete the NETWORK ADAPTER if on Windows. Via Device Manager and then once deleted, have Device Manager search for new h/w if it doesn't recognize it immediately.
  • Not sure how you are measuring speed. Assume via a Browser to a web site. Clean CACHE in Browser and use www.speedtest.net,
  • Still getting 100Mbps, try a different browser.

 

By the way, is this 'new' this problem? Was the ISP speed just increased? Is the router new?

 

Last thing, search for a NEW driver for the Network Adapter. What is the make and model of that adapter?
