I live at a place that has a public wired network that I sign in with a pin. I pay for this pin. I don't know how to sign in with the rout

What router?

 

How are you connected?

 

Sounds like you use a browers and go to a location and enter the PIN to connect to the internet. Might have nothing to do with the router, but more info sure would help here.
