Does anyone know if TP link's wifi range extender is compatible with an Eero mesh wifi system? I don't have a router that it's connected to. Please help!

A range extender would be compatible with any wireless signal.  However Range Extenders should not be used with Mesh system, regardless of the manufacture.  Range Extenders do not link into a Mesh system like a mesh node and would be just a seperate AP extending  the Range.  If you have Mesh you really only want to add additional units are are specifically for the Mesh system.
