Model: Archer C1200  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.0.7

When I go into Advanced then System Tools and click on Administration it will flash up the screen where you change passwords but then that goes away and Local Management and Remote Management is the only thing I can change. How do I get the Password screen back?

Factory reset worked for now.... Did a back and restore to get back and running after factory reset... Very strange

@Akore In my case, it did not work, but I could change the password by going from the "Advanced" tab to "Basic" and then "TP-link cloud". This changed my router password.

@epitek , yeah I really don't have a lot of faith in this router and will be upgrading to a new router that lets me run freshtomato on it.
