From AX60 purchase in April our late model Samsung phones would frequently disconnect, typically with DNS errors reported by apps.  Whilst using Wireshark, DMZ and various tools to fault find it was difficult to distinguish between AX60 and internet service provider (HFC) connection as root cause.  Switching off wifi and using LTE always worked and became standard practice :(

However, when the latest firmware for AX60 was released, including a fix to "iPhone disconnects", the problem disappeared!  Our Samsung phones now worked on wifi without error :)

Then, Nov 27 we received software updates to 10_0022 for our Samsung phones and the same disconnect issues are back :(

Would appreciate an explanation of what is happening, if anything can be done in phone Configs, or is there a Deco A60 fix being worked on?
