Firmware Version:

New AX3000.  Have a problem with one piece of equipment, Carrier MyInfinity wasl Thermostat.  Won't connect!!!  Anything I have Apple does, Sony, Canon, Ring, but not this damn thermostat.  Can anyone help.  Carrier was of no help at all.  That thermostat did connect to my iphone 12 Hotspot when we tried that.  But not this AX3000.  Using 2.4G network, WPA2, AES, Channel 6.  That's the basics.  Anyone?

You could try the following:

 

-Set the security and encryption to Auto

-Set the mode to b/g/n mixed

-Set the 2.4G threshold to 2345 (Advanced > System Tools > System Parameters), this may screw up all the connected devices on 2.4G so change it back to the default if bad things happen.

-Enable the guest 2.4G network and try the various wireless settings on that.
