I'm trying to figure out why a site that I have blocked via parental controls (coolmathgames.com) is blocked when accessed via Safari but not when via Chrome.

 

Other blocked sites (e.g. youtube.com) are blocked by Chrome, just not this one.

 

I've tried clearing the DNS cache, clearing Chrome browsing data, and restarting Chrome, but it still seems to be there. I've turned off "use secure DNS" on Chrome, just in case it matters.

 

Any other ideas what I could try?

 

Any way I could get "coolmathgames.com" added to the "Games" category (which I do have blocked), to see if that would help?

You could possibly try going here: https://global.sitesafety.trendmicro.com/

 

That is what powers the site blocking feature so you can enter that site, and see about requesting to reclassify the site you search for.
