Model: Archer C20  
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.16 v0001.0 Build 181213 Rel.63587n

So I have a archer c20 with low download speed problem. When I connect the broadband cable directly to pc i get like 11MB/s on steam. But with the router it seems like the download speed is struck around 600KB/s. With a Ethernet cable too and usb tethering with my android, same problem.

I tried to reset to factory defaults and hard reset from back of the router. Nothing worked.

Use a speed testing website like speedtest.net to gauge the speed rather than steam.

 

I would factory default the router if that has not been done yet to see how the speeds perform.

 

Try swapping the Ethernet cable that goes from the computer to the router when speed testing.
