It might be due to the wireless device not being able to recognize AX wireless networks. Log in to the router and change the wireless modes to exclude the AX protocol for the 2.4G and 5G:
On that same page try changing the wireless channel and width to specific values, any number.
If the Kindle still can not find the wireless network, try enabling the hotspot on your smartphone if you have one, and see if the Kindle sees that network.
