I connected the TL-SG105E to my Surfboard SB8200 Cable Model. 

When I try to connect to the router via the default IP Address 192.168.0.1 there is no response.

After a lot of troubleshooting it appears the ISP is assigning an IP Address to the Router and I can't seem to determine what the IP Address is.

 

I am running Windows 10 and when I do an IP Config I get an IP Address of 72.209.47.35 which is set by the ISP.

 

Is there a way to connect to the TL-SG105E via a browser?

You need to connect the switch to a router, not the cable modem.

 

So you will have something like:

 

modem > router > TL-SG105E > computer

 

Once you do that, the switch will grab an IP from the DHCP server of the router. You can then run the easy smart configuration utility (link) that will find the device:
