I have all green lights on the router, but no passwords work. Using the PW/PIN on the back of the router
Also when I choose either TP 2.4 or 5, the wifi disconnects
I would first factory reset the router by holding the reset button for 15 seconds. Let the router reboot and try to connect again, when prompted for the wireless password enter the 8 digit password indicated on the sticker label.
What you can also do is to wire a computer to the router, log into the device: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1523/
Then head to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings where you can change the wireless settings, save it, and try connecting to the new network.
