I am trying to setup a new unit. Keeps blinking blue though after connecting to my modem and turning on power

Since it is new setup, don't know firmware etc details yet

The blinking blue means the Deco is ready to be setup. With your phone, connect to the Deco wireless network, and then open the Deco app to begin adding the device.
