Hi,

 

Connection as follows:

 

ISP-modem -> Deco M5 -> Switch <- PC/server

                                                     <- Arlo Smarthub

                                                     <- Deco M5 -> Laptop

                                                     <- Deco M5 -> AppleTV

 

The server shows up in the Deco app, but when I try to connect via Windows Remote Desktop it fails. Any suggestions?

 

I have no problem connection to Arlo from my Iphone when on the home Wifi, but I can't connect when I'm outside the network. It says portforwarding isn't set up. Any suggestion?

Verify the ports that the server uses, then do port forwarding shown here for the server: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1797/

 

If the server is a Windows, try and disable the firewall as that may be blocking any incoming connection.

 

If not tried, connect to the server while on the LAN to see if the server is capable of taking any incoming connection.
