Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.0 Build 20201211 Rel. 37370

Hi Everyone.  Having a really odd problem here.  My wife has a Surface Laptop Go that will work fine on the network for about a week, then it will suddenly lose internet connection.  The laptop says it's still connected to the deco, but no internet.  When I check the deco network it doesn't show the laptop connected anywhere.  If I disable and re-enable the wireless adapter on the laptop it connects, but no internet.  Deco also does not show the laptop connected.  Other devices connected to the access points don't seem to be affected currently.  The Laptop has an Intel WIFI 6 AX 201 160Mhz wireless adapter with the latest drivers.  Deco says the firmware is up-to-date as well.  The only thing I have found that fixes this issue is to restart the nearest deco.  After it restarts, the laptop connects and is happy again.  Any ideas on what to try here?

Thanks.

Update.  This happened again this morning and my wife walked from one side of the house with the laptop to the other, where I was located at the time.  The laptop switched to a different access point in the mesh and began working.  I'm thinking maybe I have a bad deco.  I've already reset the deco as part of the earler troubleshooting so I don't think resetting is going to make much difference now.

Indeed you may have a defective node. The easiest way to test is to switch the satellite node closest to your wife with another satellite node. If after the swap she continues to have a problem then you will have eliminated the Deco node. If however she no longer experiences any issues after a few days, then you can feel confident in requesting a warranty replacement for that node.

OK.  This is still giving me problems about once per week, even after switching out nodes.  I was able to isolate some log events for the affected machine.  Here is what I'm seeing.  This seems to repeat, and is consistent with all wireless connections on the deco when this is happening.  A restart of the node fixes the issue.  Can anyone make additional sense out of this for me?
