Getting 240mbps when I run speed test with app, but only seeing 16mbps on laptop in upstairs bedroom.
Have optimized network and reboot all units a couple times.

The speed test measures the speed from the main Deco out of the WAN port. If you are doing a speed test on the laptop then that may be a result of the data traversing through the Deco network from where it is at.
The laptop may also be connecting to a Deco node that is further away rather than close, in which disabling the Wi-Fi and enabling it again should help it connect to the closest node.
Test with other wireless devices such as your smartphone to see if speeds differ to determine if it is device-wide or the capability of the single device.
