I'm in Spain. When I try to chat on the US English site, there's no button or link to click. On the Spain site there is, but I get a message saying there's nobody available. (Note that we are currently in the middle of business hours both in the US and in Spain.) As a bonus, the message is half in English... and half in Romanian!

Our support has been affected due to the resurgence of Covid as this may be the result of that.

@Tony Thanks for the quick reply! The site says TP-Link phone support service for Home Products is unavailable, which is why I was trying chat. I'll try email.
