Model: Deco X90
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20210207 Rel 52137

I have the Deco X5700 mesh routers and I have been trying to create an address reservation for a computer on my network.  It does not work.  When I go to Address Reservation then select the computer name from the list, then select "Done"  it fails and just says "Failed to save your settings. Please try again later".

I have tried rebooting the system but still the same results.

@Eric0054

The things I would probably try are:

-Use a different smart device

-Reboot just the main Deco

-Swap the main Deco with one of the satellite units

The configurations are handled from the main unit so something may be happening to it.

Check your DHCP IP Range as if the IP is in the range of your DHCP then you can't reserve that IP.

My experience creating address reservations is the opposite of that. My DHCP is set to 192.168.x.100 to 192.168.x.199 and I wanted to reserve 192.168.x.12 for a device. The Deco (M9 Plus) refuses saying that the address is not valid. So I have to change the DHCP to a range that includes the address I'm reserving (like 192.168.x.5 to 192.168.x.199) and then I can successfully reserve the address I want. Afterwards I restore the original DHCP limits and the reservation is not affected.
