Ok so Kim Komando said we needed to upgrade out firmware. After much fear and frustration I managed to get the current firmware to my download file for install. Problem 1, I don't have winzip and when I bought my new laptop the free trial has already expired and I don't use that type of file but maybe once a year. There used to be a free basic unzip program but I cant find one, is there one anymore?  Also the upgrade to my firmware that is shown is from 2017. I dont know that it is even worth dealing with. Anybody help?
