I'm using OpenVPN server on TPLink Archer C6

I configure as below

My questions are:

1. I configured Mask is 255.255.255.0 but the assigned IP for Client is starting 10.187.199.6, then 10.187.199.10, and next 10.187.199.14 ? Something's wrong ?

2. Meanwhile, as checked on Client PC, Subnet mask is 255.255.255.252, not 255.255.255.0 ? Something's wrong here ?

3. How to assigned fixed IP for specified client ( via MAC or some particular unique id ...)
