Model: Archer A7
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: S-Ver = 1.1.3 Build 20210519 rel.50574

I've just replaced a different brand router with the "Archer A7" or AC1750 as it is called on the front.

Here's what I've seen a few times, within a day of restarting the device, which has both wired and wireless clients around the house (approximately 10 on each side).

a) Wi-fi refuses to connect, even though SSID is visible

b) existing wi-fi connections are OK and seem to pass data normally

c) wired connections seem to be OK.  In one case, my son could not connect by disabling then enabling the adapter in Windows, while I could.

d) Attempts to access the router's setup UI via the LAN don't quite work.  I see a blue green background color, if I wait long enough I might see a few more things but never get to the login.  I even went to the admin UI and left it open in a browser tab.  After the problem happened again, I could not get around in the UI any more.

e) Restarting the router clears up the problems.

I woke up this morning and the router's UI is still available.  I'm going to go check wi-fi but it's probably working too.

Is there some limit on the number of devices this thing can deal with on the LAN side?  Right now, since everyone is still in bed, there is much less activity on the router.

Current system log is included below, but it's apparently not possible to "monitor" the log to see what happens before it starts acting weird.

I contacted TP-Link support via chat and am please to report that the suggestion I was given has worked so far. Since I had replaced an existing router, I set the SSID of the TP-Link to match the old one that I took out of service. This turned out to be a bad idea. TP-Link support suggested I change the SSID and then reconfigure all of the wireless devices to use this SSID. Since I did this I have not had any repetition of the issue.
