Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.6 Build 20200902 rel.65591(4555)

Hi. I upgraded to a new internet plan, 1000mbps. When I do the speed test, I still have 100mbps, as I had before. On the router's website, it shows 100mbps negotiation speed. I tried from System Tools-> System Parameters to set 1000mbps and it doesn't work. What do I have to do?3fcd6f0882e148f48a22ef87e4da71c0

  @Alex123454

Could be an old cable from the ISP's device to the Router. Try a new CAT 5e or 6 which can support that speed. Note, a damaged cable could cause this as well, as well as the Router port having a bent socket wire not making contact.

Not to be insulting, but I have had issues like this that I swore were not cable related only to be corrected by replacing the cable. Also pay attention how the cable routes to your devices. If your ethernet cables get too close to sources of interference such as power chords or electric motor driven devices like fans, they can create enough RFI to prevent 1GB connections.
