You provided next to no info other than you reset the router a few times.
Some info that might help understand why?
- Router model and h/.w version.
- Does the Router see the Modem?
- Do the devices connect to the Modem at all?
- Anything happen recently,?
- New modem?
- New Cable?
- Firmware upgrade done?
- What lights are on on the Router?
- Can you log into the Router?
That info would help to start trying to suggest what to try/do.
