My extender was working completely fine until I did a software update that it kept requesting & now I can't get it to reconnect or even light up besides power. It does nothing when I reset it & I need this back on bc my security system is linked to it. I've tried logging out & back in, left it unplugged overnight, & did many resets. Any suggestions?! TY!!

By Resets do you mean powercycle or phyiscally holding the reset button down for 30 seconds and then attempting to reconfigure the Range Extender?  If you have reset it to factory defaults can you tell us what the lights on the extender did?  Is it completing the reset?  Do you get any error messages?

  @Carl yes I physically pushed in the reset button & held it down and it did not reset or do anything. The power light just stays on even when I unplug it n plug it back in I can't seem to get any lights for the Wi-Fi signals only the power lights up
