Hace poco traté de vincular un disco USB (WD My Passport 0829) y despues de un poco de trabajo logré vincularlo en una red local, el problema es que aunque en sitio web del router reconoce que el disco tiene una capacidad de 931GB solo me permite utilizar 196MB. No se que debería hacer, el disco esta en formato ExFat ya que hago uso de computadoras mac y windows.

Thanks for reaching out to us. 

You mentioned that  USB disk only allows you to use 196MB. How did you find this issue? May I have relevant screenshot?

If you connect your WD My Passport 0829 directly to computer, how much capacity can be used?

Do you have other USB disk? If you connect a different USB disk to Archer A7, will you get the same issue?
