Hi, I have some areas in my house that due to placement of plugs and walls/etc are dead spots. This specifically is an issue for my Ring cameras at the front of my house. So I thought I would buy an additional Deco M9plus to add to my current 3. However, it does not show an IP address, and so far no devices have connected to it. 

 

Is it not possible to have a 4th or 5th m9 plus added to the system?

 

My house isn't huge, it is a 3200 sq ft, 2 story home.

 

Any thoughts/suggestions?

  @SpencerS,

There should be no issue in having that many Decos work together. There is an FAQ on how to set up a satellite Deco in an existing system here:

If you still have difficulties with the setup the best thing that can be done is to factory reset and try the process again. Let me know if you are still having difficulties setting up your new Deco after following the guides above.
