When I go to either http://192.168.0.1/webpages/login.html  or tplinkwifi.net. I no longer get the blue Admin page.  I get the picture shown below.  It does not matter what computer or what browser I use.   Tried wired, wireless, laptop, desktop.  Chrome, Brave, Firefox, Opera browsers.   When I try to login the HTML is broken.  (I can actually log in from here, but the next screen is even more jumbled and is unusable.

Any suggestions?

Silly question, but have you rebooted the router yet? I have had this happen many time with various routers and a reboot usually fixes it. Unplugging the power briefly and plugging back in is often easiest way to accomplish this.
