Model: Archer A8
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Updated yesterday 7/17/2022

Hello to everyone,

My Linksys router was out of order. Yesterday (7/17/2022) I installed brand new AC1900 Wi-Fi Router (Archer A8. Ver 1.8)

I did not use Tether app, I connected computer to router by wire (http://192.168.0.1) Created password then log in. That is it.

The program did not ask me the Serial # of the router nor Wireless Password PIN. I updated the firmware before I got out of

TP Link website.

Results:

Computers connected to Ethernet wires are working good.

The wifi of iPad + iPhone of my wife are working fine

But my Google Pixel 3XL does not have the Wifi. It said on the Pixel phone: Connected to device. Can't provide internet

Please! Tell me how to fix the problem on my Google Pixel 3XL. Did I miss something?

Thank you very much.

From Old man 75 yr old.

Hi all, Problem solved. I am happy now. Thank you very much to Mr. Ruud Forget Wi-Fi and Reconnect First, we are going to reset only the wireless network that is causing the problem on your phone. By forgetting the wireless network and reconnecting to it we make sure that the network setting on the phone is renewed. 1/Open the Wireless networks on your phone 2/Tap on the Wi-Fi network name 3/Tap forget and confirm it 4/Reconnect to the Wireless network by tapping on the name in the Wi-Fi list. Thank you. Old-._v
