You need to give us a little more to work with such as what your efforts have been thus far.  If you are upgrading from another router, did you mirror the WAN (internet) settings?  Also, when connecting a new router to a modem, it is sometimes necessary to reboot the modem and then the router, in that order, to establish a connection.
