Network offline error. Everything is connected diagnostics says router can't connect to internet and I don't know why
Have you tried rebooting modem and then the router in that order? If you have a spare ethernet cable, try swapping the one between the modem and router out also. Good luck.

First I'd check the MODEM to see if it is functioning?
Next, power Modem OFF, disconnect the router and then turn the Modem ON. After it is fully up, then reconnect the Router but make sure the router is powered Off. Then turn it on.
Does this correct the problem?
No, can you connect a device to the modem directly and see if it connects to the Internet?
