@Jerryandt You probably cannot for security purposes.  Most admin functions in a router are intended to be done in an active session with little reason to keep idle sessions open.  You "get in, get it done, and get out" concept.  Leaving an administrative session that is idle open for too long is a security risk and few people have a use case to want to stay logged into the admin GUI any longer than needed to configure things.
