Fire Tablet and Samsung Android phone won't connect to wifi with white list access control turned on even though both are included in list. Turn off access control, they both connect.
Do the devices have a feature in the network settings for Private Addressing? This setting changes your MAC address every time it connects and could be preventing your router from identifying the device as a whitelisted device.
Did you check the White List setting? Does it match the device denial to connect? Assume it is a MAC address? The log should show you who tried to connect and didn't?
