Do the devices have a feature in the network settings for Private Addressing? This setting changes your MAC address every time it connects and could be preventing your router from identifying the device as a whitelisted device.
Did you check the White List setting? Does it match the device denial to connect? Assume it is a MAC address? The log should show you who tried to connect and didn't?
