AC1750.  Don't know why I can't enter that above.

No, the log does not provide anyhting useful but I would reccomend you edit your post to remove the public IP or just remove it all together as it provides no insight.  If your router is older, it may be time to replace it.  Otherwise, try factory reset, reconfigure, and see it it stabalizes performance.
