Are you using the SAME UID and P/W for the AX55 and Tether?
On my AX55 i have Tether on iPhone and iPad. The other day I used the wrong email address ot log into Tether on my iPad... got a message it was wrong... had to go to the iPhone and add that ID to Tether, worded fine after that.
Tether is also tied to your Cloud account, so initially that has to be use.
At least that is what I think our problem is?
