Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20220603 rel.3137(5553)

I have Fios Gigabite connection 900mbps up / 800mbps down that's what I get when I connect via eithernet.

This router kills my upload speed compare to the ISP VZ Fios-G1100 wireless upload speed by 50% on the FIOS router I get 500mbps upload speed on this router I get 200mbps

It has not issue with the download speed I get smilar download speed as Fios WLAN of 600mbps

both upload and download connection speed via wired are also the same as the FIOS router and very close to the 900/800mbps speed I pay for.

the only issue with this router is the upload speed.

the VPN tunnel bandwidth is also limited but that's for another day.

So this looks like a potential compatibility with Verizon that is causing the slowed upload speed. It appears as though some other routers experienced the same issues. I would recommend going through our designated support channels, to see if they can provide a solution. I would be prepared and have these at the ready:

1. Model Number;

2. ISP Speed;

3. Wired speedtest screenshot or share link;

4. Wireless speedetest screenshot or share link;
