We recently bought and set up an M5 deco network in my house but, stupidly, used my lodgers telephone app with his login.  We really should have used mine as I'm the home owner.

 

Is there a way we can transfer the network from his login to mine without setting it up again from scratch?

Hi, Deco indeed supports changing owner account without factory reset~

  @FunkyDexter No, there is no way. You will need to reset the nodes and rebuild the Deco mesh from scratch. 

I ran into this and support said it is not possible.
