Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.6 Build 20220804 Rel. 4443

I'm testing from iphone 13 pro max and a macbook pro using the ookla speedtest app and I'm getting download speeds around 300mb and upload around 500mb. This is testing right beside the main unit connected to Verizon Fios 1GB. I was wondering what kind of wifi speeds others are getting and is this normal. The hard wired units are getting full speed

  @Crosspgh

I think you could get more than 300m/s considering you are having Deco XE75.

Most IOS devices do not support 6G and I guess 13 pro and MacBook are still on the 5ghz. Have you checked the link speed on the MacBook since it seems difficult to check on iPhones? https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2265/

I guess you might be a huge Apple fan but do you have any android/window computers to test the wireless speed as well?

Thank you.

  @Heidi_Alp  I checked on my mackbook and it fluctuates from 260 to 300 mb. I don't have any android devices  and i do have a windows machine, but its hardwired and gets max speeds. Since you feel it should be higher, do you think i should talk to support. The speed is still great, but if i can tweak more, why not.

  @Heidi_Alp I just ran the ookla speedtest and looked at the wifi and it said 585 m/s. So it seems to change and goes up and down. Maybe that's normal for wifi, I'm no expert

  @Heidi_Alp One more note. I have the Motorola 1000-GT2 ONT. Its a pretty old ONT but Verizon hasn't phased it out in my area
