If I put a Deco W7200 setup as Main Deco between my carrier router and Ethenet switch, can the W7200 provide DHCP to all devices on the network?
Yes! Your devices connected to a switch will be accessible to the wireless devices on your network.
For your information on network switches, there are two types: managed and unmanaged. A managed switch will allow you to have a configuration interface for your switch, while an unmanaged switch will simply 'forward the connections. Both switches will do what you are requesting, one just has additional settings.
