Hello,

 

I have a bunch of HS220 switches. They disconnect from my internet at random and I have to manually push the restart button on the switch to get them to reconnect. It's especially annoying because one of the switches is out in the shed. I want to know how to access the logs for these switches so I can debug why this keeps happening.

Read Post #9 regarding signal strength

 

Be interested to see that answer myself.  Meanwhile see what your signal is on the switch.   Get much bigger than 70 and it can't be trusted.  75 might be trouble.  

 

RSSI roam is an optional client capability, I'm not even certain Kasa implements its, or how well  (I've come to question their wifi radios and drivers).   Worth looking at though.
