I had the laptop connected yesterday but now it won't connect to my windows 10 .There are 3 green lights and an orange light to the right. I reset it, unpluged it and nothing has changed.

It seems the internet light is orange based on your description. If that is the case, that means the router has been disconnected from the network.

 

You may check if it is still connecting to the internet fine by wiring a computer directly to your modem, which is provided by your provider. Then follow the FAQ to troubleshoot further if there is still no internet on the AX1800.
