XE 5300 Satellite showing Red, but app shows online

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.1.5 Build 20220429 Rel. 1970

XE 5300 Satellite showing Red, but app shows it is online with devices connected. I have tried factory reset and repairing with the Main unit. Both Main and other Satelitte show green.
