Both 5g and 2.4g lights are on. Available networks don't show a tp link 2.4g network. Sure don't want to have to replace all my cameras
Do any devices see the 2.4Ghz band?
In the Router settings, it the HIDE SSID checked for the 2.4Ghz band?
Do the camera's have a spec for the Frequencies of the 2.4Ghz band they work on?
Is the router MODE setting for the band set to all?
Could this be a distance problem? Router too far away or have interference between the camera's and router? Did they would with a different router?
