Can anyone confirm whether the TPL:ink AX6000 supports MOCA 2.5?

MOCA connections and compatibility are separate from your router settings and compatibility. If you want to use a MoCa Connection, it is most common to buy adapters that will convert the signal to a coax connection and is placed after your router, just as you would with any backhaul wiring for APs. The 2.5 MOCA is just an indicator of the achievable speeds. The AX6000 has a 2.5G WAN Port and the LAN Ports are 1G, so you wouldn't see the full 2.5Gbps on your own network
