I just purchased router and downloaded app and it says it's connected without internet. Any help would be appreciated
Can you provide a bit more detail regarding your setup? Such as what modem you are connecting the router to, and who your ISP is?
If you believe that you have everything set up correctly, this is usually a result of MAC addressing from your ISP, and will require you to either perform MAC cloning, or to disconnect the modem and router for a short while, which may refresh the MAC settings given to the ISP.
