Unable to login to my router via Tether App. Error message: Login Failed. You may be connected to a guest network, limited by parental controls or your network may be unstable. Any suggestions?

Do you have any VPNs or adblockers enabled on your phone? Also, if you have any APs or REs on your network, you would want to make sure that you are connecting directly to the router's signal.
Has the router been functional before? Is the router connected to the internet and you just can't access the management page?
I would recommend either resetting the router or attempting to access the settings for your router through the web interface and over a wired connection. The WebUI connects directly to the router and does not have to go through a wireless signal or translated by an app.
