Almost any of our Archer Routers can be used as an Access Point. The FAQ: Set Up a TP-Link Router as an Access Point provides instructions on how to find the setting. However, during the setup process, you will be offered an option to set the device up as an Access Point; otherwise, the setting will be available under Advanced > Operation Mode. Some rotuers even offer an operation mode dropdown at the top of the webUI for the router.
