Model: Archer A7
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20220714 rel.75573(5553)

I set up my Archer A7 so I can see both 2.5GHz and 5GHz channels separately. (My PC never indicated it was connected to the 5GHz channel.) I can see the 5GHz channel and the 2.5GHz channel on my phone and am able to connect and use the channel with no issues. Only the 2GHz network appears in the list of available networks on my PC. My PC (Dell Inspiron 3670) uses a Qualcomm QCA9565 802.1 1b/g/n Wireless adapter.

Any suggestions as to why the 5GHz network does not connect to my PC? (The same holds true for the guest network. I set up the Archer A7 to show the channels separately. Only the 2,5GHz quest network is listed on my PC's available networks list.)

Thanks in advance for any help!

Well, according to this link, www*qualcomm*com/products/internet-of-things/networking/wi-fi-networks/qca9565 (replace * with ., can't post non-TP-Link links here) that card is 2.4Ghz only.

Thank you so much. I've been trying to fix a problem that doesn't really exist. Your help is much appreciated.
